If you do not see any metrics displayed during a class, this may be a result of a loose connection between the monitor cable and the touchscreen. We recommend applying upward pressure on the two cables on the back of the touchscreen, making sure they are firmly secured in the ports.
After this is completed, join a class and press start. When you turn the resistance knob, you should see the resistance change on the touchscreen.
If you still have no metrics showing in a class, we suggest completely unplugging the two cables. Remove the cables and check to make sure that the prongs aren't damaged and then plug them back in snuggly. Join another class and see if the metrics are now displayed.
