When you first turn on your new Peloton product, you will be asked to log in using the email and password from your Peloton account.
All Bike and Tread owners automatically have a Peloton account created for them during checkout. To set up your password, click here and enter the email that you used to purchase your product.
If you have forgotten your password, click here and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If your email was not used to purchase your Peloton Bike or Tread, you will need to sign up for an account here, or you can create a new account on your Peloton touchscreen.
