Due to increased demand, Bike, Bike+, and Tread+ delivery times are longer than normal. You can see the most up-to-date delivery estimates when you go to checkout on onepeloton.com.
There are a few different ways to find delivery estimates for your order:
- You can view the shipping estimate for your order when you go to check out on our website.
- If you make a purchase in one of our showrooms, the staff there will confirm the shipping estimate for your order.
- Through the self-schedule link that was sent to you after purchase.
If you need to delay the delivery of your Peloton product, please contact Support ASAP. Once your product is shipped, we are unable to delay the delivery, so it's important we know your needs as soon as possible to ensure your Bike is shipped at a convenient time.
