Existing Peloton members* who submit a Reservation before 11:59 PM Pacific on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 will get delivery priority. All other Reservations will receive a delivery priority ranking on a first-come basis. For priority purposes, a Reservation is considered placed at the time that Peloton has received both a completed Reservation form and payment of the Preorder Deposit.
*You must be a paying subscriber to Peloton content (includes iOS App) or have logged at least one (1) home workout as of December 31, 2017. Members who purchased a Peloton Bike before January 9, 2018 and are still awaiting delivery will also qualify for priority. You must use the email address that is attached to your Peloton subscription or account to place your Reservation, for verification purposes.
