You’ll need either the login credentials (email and password) associated with your Peloton order or a subscription activation key.
At the start of the activation process, you’ll be prompted to put in your email. If we find a subscription linked to your account, you’ll be asked to log in. If no subscriptions are associated with that email, you’ll be prompted to enter your subscription activation key, found in your 'Prepare for Delivery' email.
If we don’t have a payment on file as you go through the activation process we’ll need to have payment information associated with your account so we can provide you with access to Peloton content.
This card will be used to process subscription payments after your prepaid Commitment Period is complete. After that, your subscription will automatically renew monthly until you cancel.
If you pre-paid for your subscription, we will not charge you until your pre-paid commitment period is complete.
