Some insurance companies may compensate riders for their Peloton bike subscription. This coverage, if any, varies from plan to plan, so we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to see if you may be covered.
For monthly billing for the Peloton bike subscription
If you are covered and your insurance provider requires invoices from Peloton for your monthly subscription payments, you can print receipts for your invoices by logging into your account on www.onepeloton.com and click on the Subscription & Billing tab in your profile.
For pre-paid payments for the Peloton bike subscription
If you are covered and your insurance provider requires invoices from Peloton for your pre-paid subscription payment, you can look at your Peloton order confirmation email or look at the receipt invoice on order history.
After your initial pre-paid period, please refer to the monthly billing section above for instructions on how to provide monthly statements to your insurance company.
