I have an order that is scheduled to be delivered, will you still deliver it?
Yes, we will deliver all orders placed before January 1st, 2021.
I’m inside my 30 day home trial window and I’d like to return my Bike, can I still do this?
Yes, if your Bike was delivered less than 30 days ago, you are eligible for a return and refund. Please contact our Member Support team on +44 808 169 6469 to request your return. Our team will place your return order and work with our delivery partner in your area to get your return scheduled in.
I have a problem with my Bike, can you still send a service technician to my home or swap my Bike?
Yes, at this time, we are pausing new sales and deliveries only. We have no plans to stop servicing Bikes. If our service technicians are unable to fix your Bike, we will endeavour to get a replacement to you as soon as possible, however there may be some delays.
Please note that we are unable to enter the home in most areas due to the latest guidance related to COVID-19. If you are unable to bring your Bike to the threshold of your home to be serviced or swapped, we may be required to reschedule your appointment. I want to order accessories/apparel, can I still do this?
Yes, you can still order accessories or apparel and these will be delivered as normal. Please note that all shipments are subject to potential delays at this challenging time.
Can I continue to pay for and use my Peloton Membership in Northern Ireland? Can Peloton guarantee that this service will not be stopped due to Brexit?
Yes, you can continue to use your Peloton Membership in Northern Ireland and we do not have any reason to believe that Brexit will impact this in any way. We are temporarily pausing new Bike orders and deliveries while we update our systems and processes in Northern Ireland post-Brexit.
I am an existing Member in Northern Ireland, how will this affect my warranty, 30-day home trial, or terms of service?
Our usual terms remain unchanged (e.g. Privacy Policy, Membership Terms, Terms of Service). Existing Members as at 31.12.20 who are within their 30DHT window, or within their warranty period, will still be entitled to rely on these. The only substantive update is that temporarily we will not be delivering to Northern Ireland.
