Given the current situation, we have reviewed our delivery process to protect the health and safety of our Members and our teams. We are closely monitoring the latest government advice at a regional level. Please note we are only able to offer threshold delivery for Bike products; due to the size and weight of the Tread we cannot perform a threshold delivery.
We have outlined our Tread delivery process below:
Room of Choice
We will be able to deliver your Tread to the room of your choice, however at this time we will need to perform a minimal-contact delivery. This means that we request that you wear a mask and we must ask that you keep two metres from our team for the duration of the delivery. If you do not feel comfortable wearing a mask or maintaining this distance, please note we may reschedule your Tread delivery until restrictions have been eased.
Pre-Call
Our team will call approximately 30 minutes before your delivery to check in. We will also outline the safety measures our team will adhere to during the appointment.
Social Distancing
To ensure the safety of our Members and our team, we have equipped all of our teams with appropriate PPE. If, at any time, you or our team feel that the delivery cannot be completed safely, we will reschedule your delivery for a later date. We request that you follow these recommendations when receiving your Peloton Tread:
- Wear a mask at all times during the delivery
- If you need to enter the room with the team, please remain outside the designated workspace
- Wait in a separate room while the team assembles your Tread
- Open windows and doors to maximise air circulation
- Please limit verbal communication with our team throughout the delivery
Getting Started
Upon arrival, our team will assemble, calibrate, and disinfect your Tread. Please have your WiFi information written down, so we can quickly get your Tread logged in to your network. Then, you can follow the steps on the touchscreen to activate your Tread, which you can do using your using your Peloton username and password or the activation key provided in your order confirmation. For additional assistance setting up your Tread, please call 0808 169 6469 (Option 2). Upon departure, our team will confirm delivery using a contactless method.
