Self-Service Scheduling is available for most orders. If your order is eligible to schedule online you will receive an email from us containing a unique link to schedule your delivery. All you need to do is open the link to view available appointment options.
If your order is not eligible to schedule online, our Delivery Partner will contact you when your order is ready to be scheduled.

Next, you will have the ability to select the delivery appointment that works best for you.
If you are not able to select an exact time window for your appointment, our Delivery Partner will contact you the day before your delivery with the time window.

Once you have submitted your appointment request, a confirmation summary will appear. If you receive an error please refresh and try again. If you’re still unsuccessful at booking your appointment please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
