If your Peloton Tread is not receiving power, first ensure that the Tread is plugged into an outlet that meets its power requirements.
The power requirements for the Tread are: 120V, 60Hz, 13A dedicated circuit. A dedicated circuit is a circuit used for a single appliance. Also, ensure that the Tread is not plugged into a GFCI/RCBO outlet.
If the outlet meets the power requirements, check that the power cable is connected properly to both the electrical outlet and the Tread's deck.
If the Tread is still not receiving power, please try switching to a different outlet. Do not use a power strip, power adaptor, or an extension cord.
