Why are we changing our delivery process?
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, we have adapted our delivery service to help protect our Members and employees. Our new process is designed to minimise contact between our Members and delivery teams.
Out of concern for the health and safety of the Peloton team & community, we ask that if you’re feeling unwell or may have been exposed to COVID-19, or otherwise need to change your order please call us to reschedule for a later date. Please note that we are unable to commit to when that will be feasible given current constraints.
Please also note that depending on your delivery location, our team may not be able to move Bikes into your room of choice, so if you feel that you are unable to move your Bike, please contact us to reschedule. We recommend using two people to move the Bike between rooms or up and downstairs.
Contactless Delivery Service
Pre-call: Our team will call 30-minutes before your delivery. The team will ask whether you would like your touchscreen to be attached, or detached for the delivery. If you plan to move the Bike up or downstairs, we recommend taking delivery of the Bike with the touchscreen detached.
Social distancing: If you have requested for your touchscreen to be attached, our team will do this in the van outside. When the team approaches the house, please open the door before stepping back at least 3 metres to allow space to move the Bike inside.
Cleaning the Bike: Our team will wipe down the Bike and leave a note explaining who to contact for assistance activating your Bike, before leaving your home. Our activation team will explain how to access appropriate classes, and how to set up the Bike according to your height over the phone.
No signature required: In line with the latest government advice, we have designed this experience to minimise touchpoints between our Members and Ambassadors. You will not be required to sign anything, and we ask that you allow plenty of space for the team to come and go without coming into contact with obstacles or other individuals in your household.
Activation team: Our team of specialists will take you through the rest of your installation process and demonstrate the Bike's core features. You can reach the team on 0808 169 6469, selecting option two for help with activation. The team is available between 9 am and 7 pm.
