Adding a Workout
We understand that tracking your fitness journey is an essential part of your Peloton experience. While Peloton's workout history feature allows you to view and analyze your progress, at this time you cannot manually input your workouts.

Deleting a Workout
There are three ways to delete a workout from your Peloton Account:
On your Peloton Product:
Go to your profile by selecting your username in the bottom left-hand corner of the home screen and selecting "Profile". On the left, you will see a list of all your previous workouts. Swipe to the left on the ride you wish to remove and then press "Delete".
On your Peloton App:
Open your Peloton App on your device and click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen. Then, tap on the "Workouts" tab at the top of the page. Click on the three dots on the right side of the workout you would like to delete and select "Delete Workout."
On your Peloton web profile:
To delete your ride online, log in to your Peloton Account by clicking here. Then, click into your profile and tap on the "Workouts" tab. Click on the workout you would like to delete. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Delete Workout" button.
Please note, you will not be able to retrieve a workout once it has been deleted.
