When you go to set up your Peloton, you will first be asked to connect to your wireless network. We recommend having your wireless network password available upon activation.
Manually Connect to Your Wireless Network
- On the top right corner of the screen, click on the WiFi symbol.
- Select your wireless network.
For the best experience, we recommend a minimum connection speed of 10-15 mbps download dedicated to the touchscreen and 2.5 mbps upload.
If you run into trouble connecting your Peloton to your wireless network, we recommend restarting both your Peloton product and your router. If you continue to run into trouble, please refer to our article on Troubleshooting Peloton Touchscreen Internet Connectivity.
Note: Your Peloton may have trouble connecting to wireless repeaters, extenders, and boosters. We recommend connecting to the main router in your home and disabling any additional networks to prevent interference. We also recommend placing your Peloton as close to your router as possible for the strongest connection.
