Our team will call you approximately 30 minutes before your delivery to confirm which delivery method is available in your area.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to commercial addresses or freight forwarder. Delivery is strictly to residential addresses only.
We have outlined our room of choice and threshold delivery processes below:
Room of Choice
Although we will still be able to deliver your Bike to the room of your choice, we will need to perform a minimal-contact delivery. This means that we request that you wear a mask and we must ask that you keep two metres from our team for the duration of the delivery. We may need to perform a threshold delivery if you do not feel comfortable wearing a mask or maintaining this distance.
Pre-Call
Our team will call approximately 30 minutes before your delivery to outline the safety measures they will adhere to during the appointment.
Social Distancing
To ensure the safety of our Members and our team, we have equipped all of our teams with appropriate PPE. We request that you follow these recommendations when receiving your Peloton Bike:
- Wear a mask at all times during the delivery
- Keep two metres from the team & wait in another room while they assemble your Bike
- Open windows and doors to maximise air circulation
Getting Started
Upon arrival, our team will assemble and disinfect your Bike. Then, you can follow the steps on the touchscreen to activate your Bike, including connecting to your WIFI (have your password handy) and using your activation key ABC-DEF to get started. If you feel comfortable, our team will guide you through a socially-distanced orientation to get you comfortable with your Bike. On departure, our team will confirm delivery using a contactless method.
Threshold Delivery
Our team will deliver your Bike, however they will not enter your home or residence beyond the threshold.
Pre-Call
Our team will call approximately 30 minutes before your delivery to ask whether you would like your touchscreen to be attached, or detached for the delivery. If you plan to move the Bike up or downstairs, we recommend taking delivery of the Bike with the touchscreen detached.
Social Distancing
If you have requested for your touchscreen to be attached, our team will do this in the van outside. Our team will carry the Bike through the front door of your home or flat. We ask that you allow plenty of space for the team to come and go without coming into contact with obstacles or other individuals in your household. We will disinfect your Bike and confirm delivery using a contactless method before departure.
