Out of concern for the health and safety of the Peloton team & community, we ask that if you’re feeling unwell or may have been exposed to COVID-19, or otherwise need to change your order please call us at 0808 169 6469 to reschedule for a later date.
In accordance with the latest government guidelines, all Bike & Bike+ deliveries will now follow our threshold delivery process. We have made this change to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect our teams and Members. If you are unable to receive your Bike or Bike+ at the threshold of your home, please contact our Member Support team on +44 808 169 6469 and we will reschedule your delivery for a later date. Please note that our delivery teams reserve the right to abort a delivery if, at any time, they feel that it is unsafe to continue.
We have outlined our threshold delivery process below:
Threshold Delivery
Our team will deliver your Bike/Bike+, however, they will not enter your home or residence beyond the threshold.
Pre-Call
Our team will call approximately 30 minutes before your delivery to ask whether you would like your touchscreen to be attached, or detached for the delivery. If you plan to move the Bike up or downstairs, we recommend taking delivery of the Bike with the touchscreen detached.
Social Distancing
If you have requested for your touchscreen to be attached, our team will do this in the van outside. Our team will carry the Bike to the entrance of your home or flat. We ask that you maintain a safe social distance from the teams as they complete the delivery. The team will disinfect your Bike and confirm delivery using a contactless method before departure.
