Given the current situation, we have reviewed our delivery process to protect the health and safety of our Members and our teams. We are closely monitoring the latest government advice at a regional level. In some cases, we may not be able to perform deliveries that require our teams to enter a home or residence beyond the threshold.
How Will I Know Which Delivery Method I'm Receiving?
The day before your delivery, you will receive an email indicating if we will be able to perform a room-of-choice delivery. If you are notified that we plan to perform a threshold delivery but you would prefer to wait until we resume full service, please contact our support team on 0808 169 6469 to reschedule.
