Once your order is placed, you will receive complimentary access to the Peloton App which offers yoga, strength, running, and a variety of other classes.
There are a few different ways to find delivery estimates for your order:
- If you make a purchase in one of our showrooms or over the phone, a team member can help you to schedule your delivery.
- If you purchased a Peloton Bike and scheduled the delivery yourself, you will receive an email confirming your delivery slot.
- If you have purchased a Peloton Bike but have not yet scheduled your delivery, our team will reach out to you within 4 working days to help you with this.
If you need to delay or reschedule the delivery of your Peloton Bike, please let our Member Support team know by calling +44 808 169 6469 (Option 2). Once your bike is shipped, we are unable to delay the delivery, so it's important we know your needs as soon as possible to ensure your bike is shipped at a convenient time.
