Return Policy for Peloton Bike
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Peloton Bike, you can return it for a replacement or a refund. Your Bike must be returned within 30 days after you receive the delivery. Peloton’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.
For our Members in the U.K., we now offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial (Terms & Conditions apply). You will receive a full refund on the Bike, accessories (except apparel items), your £95 delivery fee and all Device subscription payments made since the delivery of your Bike, as long as you contact us to return your bike within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
The £95 delivery fee and subscription fee refund is not available for additional Bikes purchased per household or Bikes purchased for commercial use.

Return Policy for Peloton Accessories
Accessories purchased with the Peloton Bike can be returned for a full refund anytime within the 30 days following delivery. For accessories purchased separately, the following terms apply:
- The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged: headwear (hats, hair ties, headbands, bandanas), socks, underwear, water bottles, in-ear headphones, heart rate monitors that have been worn or used, shoes that have been worn or used, or any other items we sell at a “sale” or mark-down price.
- All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Any clothing items purchased in-store can be returned to any store.
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment, and proof of payment must accompany the return.
- All returned products must be shipped with the original packaging.
- Peloton is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
- Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original card only.

If the shoes you receive are the wrong size, we're happy to exchange them for you.
To exchange your shoes, please contact us using the call/chat buttons below. We will send you a prepaid return label to send the shoes to us. Once your shoes are on their way, we will ship you out the correct size as soon as possible.
Please note: Returned shoes must be in new, unworn condition and they must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Apparel Returns & Exchanges
Any items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer an option to exchange.
For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like a different size or color, please follow the return process to refund the original item and then place a new order. If any items were purchased with a referral code you will receive another code for the amount of the returned items.
Once we receive your returned package, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to original credit card only.

30 Day Home Trial Terms & Conditions
The 30 Day Home Trial policy allows the customer to try the Bike risk-free at home for 30 days. If the customer initiates a return of the Bike in the 30 day trial period, customer will receive a full refund of the Bike, Accessory bundle, Membership and Installation fee. Pick-up of the Bike and Accessories bundle shall be arranged free of charge within Peloton’s UK delivery area. If the customer returns the Bike for a refund but does not return the Accessories bundle, Customer will be refunded the Bike less the cost of the Accessories bundle. Customers are entitled to 1 Home Trial per household/delivery address. Additional Bikes will fall under the standard return policy. A return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery via phone on 0808 169 6469, chat or email to email@example.com. Provided the return form is received within the 30 days from the date of delivery of the Bike, our support team will contact you and schedule a pick-up date. A refund will be credited back to the original card used only. Please note it may take up to 14 days from the Bike pick-up date to process the refund. Peloton is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. In the event that substantial damage has been caused to the Bike Peloton reserves the right to refuse a refund. Offer is not transferable and is only valid for customers in the UK within Peloton’s delivery area. The Home Trial offer is only available for consumers, not businesses. Peloton is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick up due to weather, incorrect address provided, or circumstances outside of Peloton’s control. Peloton reserves the right to cancel or limit the Home Trial offer at any time in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited.
