Q: What is the Amex 15% cash back offer?
A: For a limited time, eligible Amex® cardholders in Australia can claim 15% cash back up to $450 when they spend $2,000 or more in a single transaction with Peloton. To claim this cash back offer, cardholders must first opt into the offer via their Amex® app, or in the "My Offers" section of the Amex® web app. Once opted in, the cash back will be issued to the purchaser by Amex® after the purchase is completed.

A: Before spending $2,000 or more with Peloton, you must opt into the Peloton cash back offer via your Amex® app, or in the "My Offers" section of the Amex® web app. Once you have opted in, visit your nearest showroom, head to https://www.onepeloton.com.au or call our sales team on 1800 952 535 to start your purchase.
Q: When will I receive the cash back from Amex®?
A: Your cash back will be issued by Amex® approximately 3-5 business days after the transaction is completed.

Q: I’m an Amex® cardholder and I purchased a Peloton hardware but haven’t received my cash back, who can I speak to about this?
A: Your cash back will be issued by Amex®. For all questions relating to your cash back, please contact Amex® directly by calling the number on the back of your card.

A: This offer is for Members who purchase during the limited time offer window only.
