Zip is a global "Buy Now Pay Later" financial technology company with operations in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Peloton has partnered with Zip in Australia to offer interest-free payment plans on new purchases of a Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread.
What financing plans do you offer in Australia?
Peloton has partnered with Zip to offer a 43 month interest-free payment plan when purchasing a Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread. A Bike, Bike+ or Tread is required to be in cart to enable Zip at checkout.
What are the financing terms for the Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread in Australia with Zip?
Peloton has partnered with Zip to offer a 43 month interest-free payment plan when purchasing a Peloton hardware package. A Bike, Bike+ or Tread is required to be in cart to enable Zip Financing.
Is the All-Access Membership included?
The monthly cost of an All-Access Membership is separate and not included. It is required to access content on the Peloton Bike/Bike+/Tread, and is a separate cost of $59/month. How do I place an order using financing?
Choose a Bike, Bike+ or Tread, add on any accessories (if desired) and select "Pay with Zip" at checkout.
Can I bundle my accessories with the purchase of a Bike, Bike+ or Tread, and receive financing on the total amount?
Yes, financing is available on accessories, but only when bundled and purchased at the same time with a Bike, Bike+ or Tread. Receiving financing on bundled purchases with apparel is currently not available.
I’m currently in my 30 Day Home Trial, can I switch to financing my Peloton Bike/Bike+/Tread purchase?

Why have you stopped using Affirm as your Finance Partner?
As of 1st March, Peloton will no longer be partnering with Affirm for new loans. We are excited to announce that we are working towards partnering with leading Australian Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) provider, Zip. We look forward to sharing more information at the time of launch.
My Peloton is currently financed by Affirm, who am I going to make my installment payments to now?
We can confirm that our former Australian financing partner, Affirm, will waive all future loan payments of all of their Peloton Australian customers, releasing them of their outstanding loan balances as of 21 March 2023 (AEDT), with any further payments made after this date fully refundable.
I have an outstanding balance with Affirm and I would like to pay it off, can I do this? If so, how do I do this?

This one-off decision was made exclusively by Affirm to help minimise the impact on Peloton Australian Members during Affirm’s change in operations. All impacted customers were contacted directly by Affirm on 21 March 2023. During this period of transition, Peloton Australian Members with Affirm financed loans will continue to be supported via Affirm’s customer support team contactable via 1 800 957 290 or https://help.au.affirm.com/au/s/contact-us.
