Taking A Class With Your Apple® Watch
Starting A Workout
Workouts can only be initiated from the Peloton App on the Apple® iPhone, not directly from the Peloton Apple® Watch App.
Before starting a workout, please turn off the low power mode on the Apple® iPhone and Watch. There can be interruptions to the workout summary metrics if these options are turned on.
During a workout, heart rate, Heart Rate Zones, distance, timeline, and pace will display on the watch. (Distance and pace will only be visible during indoor workouts.)
Completing a Workout
Just like starting a workout, ending a workout should be initiated from the Apple® iPhone. You will need to select the “End Workout” option from the class. Once a class is complete, you will receive a summary of your workout right on your Watch.
Note: If a workout is not ended by selecting “DONE” on the Apple® Watch, the App may continue running, affecting your workout results.
