Our Members in Germany can pay for their subscription by credit/debit card or by Direct Debit. You will not be billed for your subscription until you receive and activate your subscription on your Peloton Bike.
If you purchased your Bike using a credit or debit card, the card used at the checkout will be used to pay for your monthly subscriptions following activation of your Bike. If you paid by Direct Debit, your subscription will be automatically billed using this payment method. If you paid via any of our other payment methods (Sofort, pay later or Slice It financing), you will be required to enter payment details during the activation flow.
Once activated, the payment method on file will be charged each month on a recurring basis until cancelled or otherwise deactivated.
Changing Your Payment Method
You can change your subscription payment method at any time from the screen on your Bike. To do this, navigate to Menu > Profileinstellungen > Mitgliedschaft > Zahlung aktulisieren. Select your preferred payment type and enter the necessary details. Direct Debit payments are managed by Klarna and you will be redirected to an application flow to be approved for this payment type.
For uninterrupted service, please ensure that your payment type is up to date and valid. We can only accept payments from a credit/debit card or bank account in Germany. You can update your payment info here.
