There are a few different ways to find delivery estimates for your order:
- If you make a purchase in one of our showrooms or over the phone, a team member can help you to schedule your delivery.
- If you purchased a Peloton Bike and scheduled the delivery yourself, you will receive an email confirming your delivery slot.
- If you have purchased a Peloton Bike but have not yet scheduled your delivery, our team will reach out to you within 4 working days to help you with this.
If you need to delay or reschedule the delivery of your Peloton Bike, please let our Member Support team know by calling +49 32211001778 (Option 2), or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your bike is shipped, we are unable to delay the delivery, so it's important we know your needs as soon as possible to ensure your bike is shipped at a convenient time.
